Paris has a wonderful book store specialising in cookbooks - both antique and current - Librarie Gourmande at 4, rue Dante on the rive gauche (left bank) in the 5eme quite near église-Saint-Julien-le-Pauvre and less than two blocks from la Seine, parallel to Nôtre Dame.
